Dear Members,

October was a month full of exciting events organized by the Club. With this year’s Oktoberfest being our most successful one to date.

Last October 1, we held the Oktoberfest Kick-Off and Etihad Happy Hour here at the Club where members and sponsors alike met and enjoyed some bavarian treats and Weinstephaner beer sponsored by Etihad Airways. Guests also had the opportunity to win raffle prizes and a roundtrip ticket to Germany. The first limited edition mug numbered ‘001’ was also auctioned off with proceeds going to Club’s Welfare fund.

On October 13 to 15, the German Club Oktobrefest 2022 in Solaire Resort & Casino was attended by over 5500 guests and sponsored by around 50 companies. A great turnout indeed for our event’s comeback!

Last month, we also welcomed Magkaisa Mabini Art Collection’s exhibit entitled “Kalikasan” which will be viewable at the Club until the end of November. Make sure to view the art pieces at the Club and find the best one that matches your taste.

This month, we are starting things off with an Ice Cream party by Becky’s Ice Dream on November 10, Thursday, at 6:30PM where the company will be introducing their products to the members, explain how their ice cream is made the Italian way and of course – offering samples for members to try.

We also have exciting game-related events this month. On November 19, Saturday, the Club will be closed as we will be having the annual SKAT tournament.

It is once again time for football as the Club will be showing the World Cup on November 23, Wednesday, at 9:00 PM, and November 28, Monday, at 3:00 AM. We hope to see all our football fans here at the Club for these live streamings.

Also, we’d like to remind everyone that we are nearing our Nikolaus Children’s Christmas celebration which will be happening on December 3, 2022, Saturday. More details will follow but make sure to mark it on your calendars.

Oktoberfest Beer Mugs are still available for purchase at the Club for purchase for the great deal of PHP 500.00 per mug.

To add to the excitement, we also have the Limited Edition Numbered Mugs for this year’s Oktoberfest. Grab your one of a kind mug now at the Club and add it to your special collection!
